What began in ink..
… ended in blood — a series called Menstrala.
Over the course of three years, Vanessa Tiegs painted a visual journey that comprised 88 paintings, or Menstrala, as she calls them. Thirteen of those Menstrala are currently available, as a series, for gallery showings. Her most recent Menstrala, not yet published, were painted as a collaborative effort with Red Hot Chili Peppers rocker, Dave Navarro, for a TV pilot-series called “Deeper.”
